Archives

On CreativeCurriculum.net, the term "Archives" means space to store the portfolios of children who are no longer in the program.  Archiving licenses is a cost-effective way to store files in order to make room for new children without increasing the license limit. Archived portfolios are inactive- teachers and administrators cannot make changes to the data or share information with parents, but they can Archive Reports to compare results from one year to another year.

Each subscription includes archive space for 10% of the active license limit. For example, if your organization subscribes for 100 children, the organization would be allotted 10 archives. Because Archive Reports can be used with archived data, your program may need more archive space than the 10% that is included with your subscription. If you think you will want to run Archive Reports in future years, you will need more space because you will want to store the records of the children who leave your program this year, and perhaps, every year thereafter.

To make it affordable for programs to purchase archives for upcoming school years, we've cut the price to less than half of the price from the previous school year, and structured the pricing so it's based on a percentage of your license limit. To encourage you to use your precious information over time, we priced the archives to become progressively less expensive as you purchase more.
