Subscription Rules

Programs in the same license must be affiliated. CreativeCurriculum.net is hierarchical. The top level organization is the license owner. The license owner purchases enough licenses for all programs, sites, and children for whom they would like to produce consolidated reports. All of the programs and sites that are included in the license must be affiliated and must be legally entitled to see data about all of the children included.

Only one source of license payment can be established on behalf of all related programs. Teaching Strategies will accept payment from only one entity on behalf of every program, site, and child included in the license. This streamlined arrangement enables Teaching Strategies to structure the system to include multiple programs and sites under the one umbrella organization.

No refunds. Because Teaching Strategies provides free trials and interactive tours, and a highly educated Subscription Manager to answer questions, we believe customers have all the information they need to make an educated decision about purchasing CreativeCurriculum.net. Therefore, we do not offer full refunds or partial refunds to subscribers.

Payment methods. Credit Card or Purchase Order (subject to authorization) or check. Payment must be made at the time the order is placed.

Renewal and expiration. You will be notified of the need to renew your account by e-mail well in advance of your account's expiration date. Your service will be terminated on the expiration date. The data will be retained for two weeks before it is purged from the system, so you only have 10 business days to renew once your account has expired.

PO payments due in 30 days. Accounts must be up-to-date. If your account is more than 45 days in arrears, your service will be terminated until payment is received.
